We had such a great time at the
The Committed Event last Friday.
The Wedding Lounge turned out in force and the results were beautiful. Our black and white striped tent and other rentals were brought by Jen from
Barclay Event Rentals, the design was created and executed by Jennifer from
Perfect Planning and Lisa & Tilly from
Sweet Dreams Weddings & Events. The gorgeous fuschia flowers were done by Josef of
Botanica as well as the boutonniers, cake flowers and bouquets at the front display. The beautiful round plate menus, table numbers and cards a the ront display were done by Sunny from
Puddle Jumpin' Cards. Lucy from
Three Cottage Lane brought favors (handcuffs anyone?). Jessica from
Jessica Belnap Makeup Artist was on site to make sure everyone was beautiful. Kari and Jamal from
A Step Above brought not one, but three of their beautiful custom wedding stages. Sean, Brett & the crew from
My Bartender were on hand, serving their unique libations. Kevin from
NW Mobile DJ's provided the excellent music. Rev. Steve of
A Beautiful Ceremony NW, John from
John Ross Music and the lovely Katie from
With This Ring were on hand to greet the couples as they came in. Julie from Blue Water Travel was there with the best ideas about honeymoons. And last, but not least, Josh and Jon, the visual wizards from
Atelier Pictures, were on hand to document the evening, they make my cakes look more beautiful in the photos than they do in person! We were also joined by our lovely intern Amanda who had her hair and makeup done and was a beautiful bridal model! I can't express how wonderful it is to be associated with such fun, creative, talented wedding professionals.
There were so many great wedding professionals there, lots of fun couples and terrific energy, not surprising for a show put on by Misty and her team at
Luxe Events. I am already looking forward to next years show!
